The CLA is based on the Mercedes A-Class platform and continues to reflect the updated A-Class. It carries the same body shell forward but the air intakes on the front bumper have grown in size and it gets blacked out mesh grille for the air dam. The diamond radiator grille that was an option on the previous car might become standard on the facelift. To give a boost to the already popular model, Mercedes Benz has given a subtle facelift to the premium sedan. The 2017 Mercedes Benz CLA gets mild aesthetic changes to the exterior and interior, while the mechanical set up has been retained. Outside, it sports reworked headlamps with smoked treatment and full LED lights.
